Cyberlaw Asia is a voluntary platform that enables not only the dissemination of Information about various judicial and legislative trends around the growth of Cyber legal jurisprudence in Asia but also is the focal body which is aimed at creating more awareness about the need for having in place strong and stringent Cyber laws in Asia.
In the coming decades, Asia is going to call the shots. However, the Asian continent has got a number of member nations , which do not have in place adequate laws to effectively regulate the activities in cyberspace as also those done in the electronic ecosystem. It is absolutely imperative that each and every country falling in Asia, must have in place, appropriate strong and stringent legal regimes pertaining to regulation of Cyberspace as also activities done using computers, computer system and computer networks so that Asia as a continent can boast of a strong e-economy.
Cyberlaw Asia aims to work with different governments as also lawmakers in different Asian countries to sensitize them about the need for having in place strong and stringent Cyber laws in their respective jurisdictions.
